    • I particularly love the idea of success as the appropriate/maximum use of God-given abilities to fulfill God’s purposes. It is not always about what we achieve, but about whether we have been faithful in doing the Lord’s will.

        • I agree with you that all believers should have leadership training of some sort. I have personally observed that even the most inexperienced in church often find themselves leading in some way unexpectedly.

          • Conflict transformation is a skill every minister must possess. In the church, this is a difficult thing to do, especially when the conflicting parties seem to not see anything wrong.
