INTRODUCTION TO THE HEBREW BIBLE
MODULE 2: SESSION 10: The Origin of the Bible from Historical Perspective
The most important thing for people to understand about the compositional process of the Bible or about the nature of the Bible as human and divine is that the Bible is the collection of preexisting material that have been brought into and play a new function within a new composition. God speaks to his people in a very special way, inspiring their spirits to have a rejoinder with their origin (that is God). The most unique thing is that God uses their traditions (oral and written collections), and proto editions of biblical books to pass his message across generations. This has gone even further where Jesus says l will will send the Holy Spirit who teach you all things. Therefore we have an opportunity to pass to others what has been given by the Holy Spirit in form of revelations.
