Evaluation is the process of carefully examining, measuring, and judging the effectiveness of something. In teaching and ministry, evaluation helps determine whether the objectives have been achieved and whether positive changes have taken place. For example, after preaching or teaching God’s Word, it is important to evaluate the outcome by observing whether people have understood the message, grown spiritually, and applied the teachings in their daily lives.
