The topic of Repentance from Dead Works is very instructive and essential in understanding not only the origin of sin (in all its various names) but also repentance. It’s enlightening to learn that repentance is an inward decision that is accompanied by an outward action of turning away from sin without which it’s not biblical repentance regardless of the regret or sorrow that may have been experienced.
