Many ministers are concerned about having many numbers in the church so the bring in multitudes into the church that weren’t supposed to be there, thereby introducing a battle in the church. Meanwhile Jesus said, he will build his church and the gates of hell wont prevail in it.matt 16:18.
Church leaders therefore have to patiently wait on Gid in full time because that the position we have before Gid no matter the office we hold or the community we live in. Gid wants to use us. It doesn’t matter if you have another employment.
God has endowed his servants with ministerial gifts- prophet, evangelists, pastor, teachers fir thus purpose to build his church but it van never be effective id we don’t totally submit to God. We therefore have to build a relationship with God as the first priority or our lives just as apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 9:27, that he will best his body to submission
So be a spiritual person, be available fir God to use you by walking with him for God can only use deep committed spiritual beings.Ro 10:9-10. You must have no life apart from Christ John 5:11.Godliness is a way to gain

Our relationship with God is more important than anything else. We will only understand or submit to God’s leading when our relationship with him is healthy.

The Body of Christ is full of people who don’t care about the wellbeing of the many souls that are perishing. They’re only concerned about what they can get out of their victims.
It’s a sad reality.
