Lesson 6: Leadership issues

The more God uses a leader, the greater his challenges!

The first challenge is withing his family. The battle to loving God more than family and elso raking care of his family which is an obligation.matt 10:37, 1 Ti 5:8

Secondly the task of relating with other leaders. Leaders must know that Jesus remains the model, in his says his close companions were the twelve disciples even though There are 3:14 were others . So you will never be close to every leader in the church. Ro12:10 Leaders should endeavour to keep the unity of spirit in the bond of peace Ep 4:3, leaders should be united in purpose, love, tenderness, courtesy, as they nurture the sheep of God. 1 Pi 5:3

Equipping for Ministry and leadership

A leaders responsibility is to nurture others, transmit to them what they also learnt.Ep 4:11-12., 2 Ti 2:2. Know that there will always be warfare, you will under go trials and affliction as you work.

Proper Spiritual banner

In the midst of all confusion raise a spiritual banner to Jesus that with quench all the fire that the devil puts around you. Give God credits that are due to him. Give him the furst place and do all in his name! Col 1:18
