Chapter 7: Temptation Part 1

There are three avenues of temptation- the world,the flesh and the devil.The devil uses the flesh to entice humanity.

That’s why the Holy spirit led Jesus inyo the desert to be tempted and it was because that was Jesus’s destiny.Ut was the foundation of his Lordship over sin and so that we might be succoured and comforted. That doesn’t mean we should all claim that the Holy spirit led us into sin because the word of God in James 1:13 says God can’t tempt us, satan does, he’s the tempter, the old serpent. Rev 12:9. What satan actually does if we go through the book of Mathew chapter 4 id challenge Jesus’s lordship. He knew Jesus and the power that he had.Therefore he wasn’t interested un the hungry Jesus but in the power he had in obedience to the Word of God. Jesus could provide bread for him self but he wasn’t leaving by bread alone but by the spirit if God but the devil wanted the flesh to dominate. Today if it pleases God he can provide every ine of our desires but he wants us to work before he blesses the works of our hands. Unfortunately lazy people will fall into the devils temptation so to have it the fast way in satanic cults. But look Jesus only pointed out to us that our salvation cant be neglected to the power of the world and the flesh.We need to trust God and his words fir survival.

Brethren, we have to tryst God for our protection, our provision, our strength and power, our glory so that satan doesn’t give you a counterfeit . God owns everything( Psalms 24) santan doesn’t. Lets be wise
