How God speaks to man

God speaks to us in different ways.He uses visions, circumstances, miscellaneous methods,the holy spirit, counsellors,the written word among others.He also uses dreams as was with the case with Joseph and Abimelech when he warned him against taking Isaac’s wife.He used circumstances over Joseph’s life to fulfil his desires over his life.Angels were also used to communicate the will of God in the bible,an angel was used to talk to Mary about the birth of Christ.The inner voice of the holy spirit is also used where you don’t lead yourself but the holy spirit leads you when you lead a spiritual life .It reveals the will of God to you and guides you.Miracles are also used as was the case of Elijah and the offering he asked God to burnt with fire of which God sent fire from above and the prophets of Baal were defeated.God confirmed that Elijah was indeed His servant.The bible puts into account that he spoke to Elijah, David, Phillip and Paul using various of these methods He uses to speak to us
