KNOWING GOD’S VOICE

CHAPTER 1

Knowing the voice of God.

God speaks to man through His word.It says that sheep follow their shepherd because they know his voiceand whenever a stranger calls them they cannot follow him since they don’t know his voice.Similary we as the children of God hears His voice and when we do so His will is fulfilled in our lives.Iy goes on and says that we hear from self,man ,satan and God.There is God who communicates with man,his people listen to His voice since He always has something to say .When Balaam failed to hear God he used the ass to speak to him since he didn’t want to do what God wanted him to do .There is the “rhema” and “logos” voice of God where one is the spoken and the other the written word of God respect ivey..We should be hearers and doers of the word of God.There are the two types of listeners according to the word of God .Those that listen to His word and do as it says and those that listen and never do as it requires of them to do.The parable of the sower is a very good example of how differently people react to the word of God.
