MODULE 2: SESSION 9: Hard Heart

Pharaoh’s heart is described in two ways: heavy, implying that he was guilty of injustice, and hard, meaning “resolute.” God knew Pharaoh would resist, but he gave him many chances. Pharaoh’s evil reaches a point of no return, so God bends Pharaoh’s evil to his purposes and lures him into his own destruction.

    • Many are the devices of men but at the end of the day, only the counsel of God shall prevail. God had a will, and Pharaoh also had a will opposite to that of God but the agenda of God overcame that of man.

MODULE 2: SESSION 8: Signs and Wonders

The plagues function symbolically as de-creation. The plagues point beyond themselves to later events in Exodus. The plagues serve as a warning and reminder of the disastrous non-life state outside the people’s covenant relationship with Yahweh.

The Key verse set the stage for this lesson. God has given us his word for us to better understand who He is. • Exactly what Paul shares with Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:15 that, scripture (writings) makes one wise unto salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

    • Lesson 12: Abiding in Christ

    • Lesson 10: Self – Promotion in Ministry

Ministers have the temptation to make it big, have a big ministry with thousands of members,a temptation for more publicity and more money but unfortunately, the more the temptation, the bigger the fall just as it happened with Adam and Eve nany years ago. Isa 14:14.

      • Self! Self, when you are not invited, you always show up to test our genuineness.

        • It’s a pity many people do not have the patience and humility to waith upon the Lord and to allow Him make them.

They claim they were called by Him but cannot humble themselves under His mighty hand for Him to exalt them at the appropriate time. It’s terrible.

Even though the Bible was written by over 40 different writers over many years, there are no contradictions. • Great! This is a clear proof that the author of of the Bible is not man. If it was man, there will be a lot of contradictions.

            • And more over, apart from a few writers especially in the New Testament, majority of the writers never met each other. Daniel didn’t meet Moses, Nehemiah never met David. Isaiah never knew Elijah, and so was it with the other prophets, yet the harmonization of their prophecy about one man Jesus, is evident that, the content of their texts is…
