SESSION 7: Let Them Go!
The purpose of the release of the Israelites is for them to worship Yahweh. Yahweh. Pharaoh’s denial of this small request demonstrates how hard-hearted he is. The purpose of the confrontation is that the nations will know God the more. In Egypt Pharaoh is seen as the mighty with the mighty hand and an outstretched arm. God intervenes to show his mighty and power so that all nations may worship him.
