Lesson 20: Exhortation to maturity part 1

Immaturity is a great limitation to spiritual progress and worship of God.Immatured christians are described as babies still drinking milk. I Co 3:1-4

In the face of trails and temptations that characteristics our christian walk, immature people create a traffic congestion. Criticism is wrongly handled meanwhile we need them to develope mire. Someone has to be honest to you. Prov 27:6. A matured christian is considered wise because if reproved, he will love you but not do the immatured one.

Criticism whether malicious or corrective is necessary in the life of a christian.

If you want to correct someone, do so matured ly so that theu benefit from it and grow. Don’t beat them, be gentle that’s the way God wants it.

If you are in Christ you cant be condemned but you can be reproved. Ro 8:1 If you truely submit to Christ, there will be massive spiritual progress.

Matured Christians don’t complain, murmur, grumble, .They face challenges boldly because through the challenges God will glorify himself. Ro 8:28

The flesh and the spirit are in constant battle, and only spiritual maturity will help us to manage it.

Spiritually immatured christians walks, governs, monitors, thinks in the flesh, because that’s who he is and thus is enmity with God! This kind of person needs revival ,his spirit needs to be stirred up.
