Lesson 24: The supremacy of love

The love of Jesus is the supreme mark of bring his disciple.Its the mark of genuineness of servanthood. 1 Ci 13:13

The Lord Jesus has put his mark on us through his live in our hearts and upon our lives and by thus the people know that we are his servants. Loving Jesus way can be painful because those you love can bite you, accuse you, betray you etc John 13:21 yet he requests that we love one another. John 13:34

Note that Love is covering, forgiving, encouraging, and being the one who reaches out when it is hard.

Receiving love from Jesus daily is the most important thing if we are going to be men who love.The effect of Jesus dealing with us depends on our hearts attitude towards him. So no matter how our ministries expand, it is critical for us to keep a receptive ,humble, heart towards Jesus and his word without which the matk of his presence in our lives is squenched.John 13:27-30 Negative emotions like jealousy , anger, fear choke out the fire of Gods love from our life. These are spiritual weeds that are planted in our flesh,in our natural hearts and myst be weeded for us to have a healthy live life.

Know that its Christ that lives in us and through faith, so we have to live his life regularly John 23:23

With the live of God in our bodies, we are not intimidated by persecution, and other challenges. 2 Co 4:8

God choses weak earthen vessels that we are and in whom he resides so we be broken everytime the word goes out so excellency might be of God and not us especially when we are crushed down by problems so we have to cry out to him.God glories in our broken spirit.
