Power Principle One: The Power of the Gospel

This chapter presents the Gospel as the foundational power for salvation (Romans 1:16). It explains that the Gospel’s power lies in Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:3-4), which cleanses sin through His blood (Hebrews 9:22). Believers must admit their sin, believe in Jesus’ sacrifice, and accept Him to experience this transformative power (Romans 3:23, 2 Corinthians 5:17).
