The theological method
Theology is the study of God and things pertaining to God, including God the Father, Jesus Christ the son, and the Holy Spirit.

These includes the following
Biblical Theology :Bibliology (study of the doctrine of the Bible), Illumination (understanding through the Holy Spirit), Interpretation, and Theology (study of God the Father, including attributes, works, and the triune nature of God). This is yo ensure that we avoid doctrinal errors that arise from teaching doctrines based on only a few selected texts.
Christology:
Focuses on the doctrine of Jesus Christ, covering His attributes, works, life (including birth, childhood, baptism, temptation, transfiguration, miracles, sufferings, death, resurrection, and ascension), second return, messianic kingdom, deity, and preexistence. It also mentions Old Testament types of Jesus Christ.
Pneumatology:
The study of the doctrine of the Holy Spirit.
Angelology:
The study of good angels, including their structure, organization, names, and past, present, and future works.
Demonology:
The study of wicked angels (demons), focusing on their origin, structure, organization, names, work (past, present, future), and judgment.
Satanology:
The study of Satan, including his origin, fall, names, work (past, present, future), judgment, and destiny.
Anthropology:
The study of the origin and nature of man, covering the origin, fall, sin nature, and God’s remedy for man’s sin.
Soteriology:
The study of the doctrine of salvation, including the plan of salvation, the saving work of Jesus Christ, and the terms of salvation.
Ecclesiology:
The study of the doctrine of the church, focusing on what the Bible teaches about the spiritual body of believers, which is called the church, and the church as an organism.
It focuses the contrast between Israel and the church” (including aspects like organization, order, and ordinances) and
Eschatology :This is described as the study of “the last events which are to happen before eternity” (including prophecy concerning the church, Israel, other nations, the Messiah, the resurrection of the dead, judgment, the tribulation, the millennium, and eternal states of the righteous and unrighteous).
Step 2:Define the Doctrine selected
This step emphasizes that biblical doctrines are given with “proceeding commands.”
Step 3: Select the Bible portion to be studied
Decide the books you will use to study this doctrine.The new testament is the best.
Step 4:Gather information on the doctrine
Use the book,the chapter, paragraph,verse and word study to do so.
Step 5 : Summarize the information you gathered.
