PRINCIPLES OF ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
Chapter Four
The Biblical Basis: New Testament
I examined New Testament examples of environmental analysis, focusing on Jesus and the apostles. In the Gospels, Jesus analyzed cities and people’s hearts to tailor His ministry. Paul’s letters, like Corinthians and Ephesians, show how he assessed cultural and spiritual conditions to spread the Gospel effectively. I learned that analyzing environments helps discern true ministries, avoid deception, and identify receptive audiences. This chapter inspired me to study my surroundings carefully, ensuring my efforts to share the Gospel are guided by wisdom and aligned with God’s purpose for the Church.
