Chapter 10: ANALYZING AN EXISTING CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION.
You analyze existing Christian organization for these purposes:
-To identify the purpose of the organisation, its unique part in fulfilling the commission of the church to spread the Gospel.
-To determine the present effectiveness of the organisation.
-To formulate plans for the organisation to more effectively fulfill its God-given purpose.
The analysis of an existing organisation includes study of its purpose, plans, strength, weakness, environment, resources and programs. To gather information; pray, study written materials, observe and interview. Use the results of your analysis.
