      Chapter 6: LEADING LIKE A SHEPHERD
      The principles of shepherding are:
      -One fold, one shepherd.
      -Sheep are given by God.
      -Some sheep will not follow.
      -The shepherd knows His sheep.
      -The sheep knows the shepherd.
      -The shepherd leads the sheep.
      -The shepherd gives his life for the sheep.
      The shepherd cares for the sheep- keeps them free from fear, friction with other sheep, pests, hunger and thirst.
      -Shepherds disciplines the sheep.
      -The shepherd help cast down sheep.
      -The shepherds serves willingly.
      -The shepherd protects the shee.
      Warning to shepherds: Woe to /judgment on shepherds who:
      -Do not feed the flock
      -Rob and take selfishly from the sheep.
      -Take care of themselves but not the sheep.
      -Scatter the sheep.
      -Let the diseases of sin and disunity destroy the flock.
      -Do not care for the needs of the flock.
      -Do not seek the lost sheep.
      -Rules with force and cruelty.
      -Let the enemy destroy the sheep
      The promise to shepherd is a crown of glory that does not fade away
