Chapter 5: PEOPLE AND PROCEDURES: IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN.
Produces are the steps you take to implement a plan, methods, projects or work a leader does to accomplish plans. Proper procedures and faithful people are both necessary if a plan is to succeed. To successfully implement a plan, you must first have a clear understanding of it. A plan should include a statement of exactly what is to be done, a description of how you are going to do it, who is going to do it, when you are going to do it and a budget. To implement a plan, there are some basic responsibilities of a leader which are selecting, communicating, delegating, training, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, decision making and evaluating.
