Chapter two: the books of the bible
The word of God gives understanding as we interact with God for the revealing of His word.
In this chapter I have learnt about the books of the bible which are 66 in total, 39 books of old testament and 27 books of the new testament, old testament being divided into four divisions being Law, History,Poetry and Prophecy.
New testament also has being divided into Gospel,History,letters and Prophecy.
In This chapter i have learned about successful bible reading techniques:reading daily,reading selectively starting by simple truths of the word,reading prayerfully and systematic of which is very key in understanding the bible as the whole not selectively.

The Bible is such a rich, life-giving piece of literature. Our study of it must be intentional and consistent. What better way to understand the Bible than to first understand its structure and how it is all put together? Great summary, @Joe
