EQUIPPING FOR COUNSELING MINISTRY

Equipping for counseling is a general ministry of equipping all the ministries that the children of God are called to. To be living together in the church, in church life, with and under the ministries of gifted ones called prophets, apostles, evangelists ,pastors and teachers whose ministry is to equip others for ministry. The equipping of the saints, the preparing, the developing, the outfitting, the training of the saints. That is, the same way we get equipped for every ministry in the body of Christ is the same way we get equipped for the counseling ministry through the Word, prayer, the Holy Spirit, body life, church leaders gifted to lead us on in being prepared and developed.
