CHAPTER 8: ANALYZING AUDIENCE
John.2.24 – But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all men. John.2.25 – He did not need man’s testimony about man, for he knew what was in a man.
Before teaching, it is important to analyze your audience, set objectives and plan the lesson. Audience can be a group of persons or individual. we must do a detail study and carefully examine their characteristics.
Jesus understood His audience. He knew their customs and lifestyle. perhaps Jesus had divine knowledge about their needs. Therefore pray for God to reveal to you their spiritual and their physical needs. God can show you about an audience. when we fail to analyze our audience we will not effectively communicate Gods word.

Knowing your audience helps you to build the content of your presentation just like Jesus did in John 2. He knew his audience and wasn’t moved by praises
