Lesson 18: Justification part one
Justification means to declare righteous.
Jesus christ insisted on righteousness because the pharisees were religious people, attempting to be godly but relied that external performances produced inward righteousness.Thats why in Isaiah 64:6, God declares their righteousness as filthy rags.so Justification us not found in ourselves at all or in anything we do but in our faith through Jesus Christ Romans 4:3-5. So an ungodly man is justified by the shedding of the blood if Jesus on the cross so you just need to trust him.
Your justification is not by your works but by what Christ has dine for you,so its by grace Roman 3:24.
Jesus justification is perfect because he conquered death. He’s resurrected and lives eternally. Christ righteousness is ours 1 Corinthians 1:30.
Justification gives you peace with God, access to his grace and salvation from wrath. So we can have a personal relationship with God i. Prayer .
