(may be conferred as Diploma in Biblical Studies)
The Certificate in Bible/Theology offered through the Online Bible Institute Network provides a strong foundation for anyone seeking to understand the central teachings of the Christian faith. This program is ideal for those looking to explore Scripture more deeply and gain insight into the theological framework that shapes Christian living and ministry.
Students in this program will journey through the entire biblical narrative, engaging with both the Old and New Testaments. They will study the historical settings, key themes, and literary structures of the Bible, all while learning how to interpret Scripture with care and accuracy. In addition, the program covers essential areas of Christian doctrine, including the study of Jesus Christ (Christology), salvation (soteriology), the church (ecclesiology), and the end times (eschatology).
This certificate is designed not only for academic enrichment but also for spiritual formation. Whether preparing to serve in ministry, teach a Bible study, or simply grow in personal faith, students will develop the knowledge and discernment needed to live and lead with biblical integrity.
The Certificate in Bible and Theology equips individuals to serve with confidence—whether as lay leaders in their local churches, ministry volunteers, or those discerning a call to more formal roles in Christian service. For many, it is a meaningful step in their spiritual journey and a solid introduction to deeper theological study.
Ultimately, this program affirms a commitment to learning God’s Word and living it out with purpose and passion.
