Church Encourager Certificate

(may be conferred as Diploma in Pastoral Development)

The Church Encourager Certificate offered through the Online Bible Institute Network is a unique program created to empower believers with both a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and the essential skills of spiritual encouragement. This ten-course journey leads students through the full narrative of Scripture—from Genesis to Revelation—revealing God’s redemptive work and inviting each participant to find their place within His unfolding plan.

Designed to cultivate both knowledge and heart, this program equips students to walk alongside others with compassion, discernment, and spiritual maturity. Encouragers are not merely supporters—they are trusted companions, guided by biblical truth and motivated by grace to build up the Church in meaningful, Spirit-led ways.

The Church Encourager Certificate is ideal for individuals who feel called to strengthen pastors, support ministry leaders, or uplift fellow believers. Whether you’re involved in pastoral care, small group ministry, prayer teams, or simply have a passion for serving others, this certificate will help you grow in skills such as mentoring, listening, intercession, and applying Scripture to everyday life.

This program isn’t just about gaining information—it’s about transformation. As you explore God’s Word and apply its principles, you’ll develop the insight and confidence to encourage others in their faith journey and contribute to the health and unity of the body of Christ.

Embark on this journey with us and discover how knowing the fullness of God’s story equips you to be a powerful source of encouragement within His Church.
